Available Minilop Bunnys

Our next litter of beautiful Mini Lop bunnies is now ready to hop into their forever homes! Each bunny has been lovingly raised at Hokonui Hoppers, handled daily, and given the best start in life.

Each litter can range from just one baby (called a kit or kitten) up to 12 or more, though Mini Lops usually have around 4–6 kits at a time.

1: Female

This Mini Lop looks like a little snowball

  • Coat: Fluffy, dense, and a soft white with a faint creamy undertone — very plush and cloud-like.

  • Ears: Droopy and well-furred, blending in smoothly with the light coat, giving a neat outline.

  • Face: Rounded with short features and a slightly downturned resting expression, which makes it look extra gentle.

  • Eyes: Dark and slightly peeking through the fluffy fur, adding to the shy, cuddly appearance.

  • Body: Compact, well-rounded, and low to the ground — very typical of young Mini Lops.

  • Overall: A sweet, serene bunny that looks like a tiny ball of fluff, calm and cozy in its pose.

2: Male

This little one is very sweet

  • Coat: Golden-fawn with patches of lighter cream, soft and slightly fluffy, giving a sun-kissed look.

  • Ears: Upright at the moment (it’s still very young, since Mini Lop ears usually “lop” as they mature).

  • Face: Rounded with soft features and a gentle expression, eyes dark and alert.

  • Body: Longer and slimmer compared to the compact “ball shape” of fully developed lops — common in babies before they fill out.

  • Overall impression: A bright, lively little bunny in its growing stage, with its lop ears still to drop. It has a cute “in-between look,” halfway between baby fluff and the classic rounded Mini Lop form.

3: Male

What a gorgeous little bun

  • Coat: Soft, fluffy, and golden-fawn in colour, with subtle lighter cream highlights along the underside and around the face. The fur has a plush, dense texture, very typical of healthy young lops.

  • Ears: Currently standing more upright, which is common in young Mini Lops before the ears begin to “lop” and hang to the sides as they grow.

  • Face: Rounded with a sweet, compact muzzle and expressive dark eyes — giving it that classic “teddy bear” look that Mini Lops are prized for.

  • Body: Short, cuddly, and compact — you can already see the beginnings of the strong, stocky build Mini Lops develop as they mature.

  • Overall impression: A very cute, healthy young Mini Lop, with soft golden tones, fluffy baby fur, and lots of growing to do before reaching the classic rounded adult form.

4: Female

This Mini Lop looks like a little cloud

  • Coat: Extremely soft and plush, with a light silver-grey colouring that fades into white — almost like a frosted or “smoke” effect.

  • Face: Very round with a short nose, giving that classic teddy-bear look.

  • Cheeks: Noticeably full and fluffy, adding to the “puffed” appearance.

  • Ears: Floppy and velvety, blending gently into the fur colour.

  • Eyes: Dark and slightly peeking out from the fluff, making the bunny look extra shy and gentle.

  • Overall: A very sweet, delicate-looking bunny with a soft, snowy colour pattern — it has an especially cuddly and gentle vibe.
